Welcome to Natural Surf Maroc! By booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Payment:

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due prior to your arrival, or as specified in the booking confirmation.

  1. Payments can be made via Bank transfer, Revolut, Paypal, Cash transfer ( Western Union, MoneyGram.). All costs, including currency conversion fees or bank charges, are the responsibility of the guest.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  1. Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, which varies depending on the service, package, and timing of cancellation.

  2. In case of a cancellation, the deposit may be non-refundable. Any refundable amounts will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

Changes and Amendments:

  1. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Arrival and Departure:

  1. Check-in is available from 2:00 pm, and check-out is until 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.

Guest Responsibility:

  1. Guests are responsible for their own safety, health, and wellbeing during their stay with Natural Surf Maroc.

  2. Any damages caused to our facilities, equipment, or property by guests will be charged to the guest responsible.

Liability:

  1. Natural Surf Maroc is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

  2. Guests are advised to have appropriate travel insurance covering cancellation, health, and personal property.

Privacy:

  1. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure:

  1. Natural Surf Maroc is not responsible for any changes or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation disruptions.

Governing Law:

  1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Agadir courts.
